Please read these terms carefully before booking a ride with Maiti Travels.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our taxi services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Booking & Payments

2.1 Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate information regarding pickup time, location, and contact details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

2.2 Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message or email from our team.

2.3 Pricing: Prices are subject to change based on fuel costs, peak hours, and vehicle availability. The final fare payable will be communicated before the trip starts.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

3.1 User Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund (if prepaid). Cancellations made within 2 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

3.2 No-Show: If the passenger does not show up within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without contact, the trip will be marked as a No-Show and is non-refundable.

3.3 Admin Cancellation: Maiti Travels reserves the right to cancel a trip due to vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or alternative vehicle will be provided.

4. Passenger Conduct

To ensure the safety of our drivers and vehicles:

  • Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
  • Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicles interior by the passenger will be charged accordingly.

Maiti Travels is a registered entity in West Bengal, India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata.
